January 26-February 1 Mealplan

It sucks grocery shopping in the rain. Like no fun at all… 8 months pregnant or not. But I did it, it’s over with, and now I can at least take pleasure in the fact that I saved $130 by using these TIPS. So here’s what I plan on doing with it all…

*Crab and Shrimp Summer Rolls with Sweet Chili Dipping Sauce

*Tomato and Pepper Stewed Chicken with Plantain-Corn Fritters

*Turkey Meatloaf with a Roasted Tomato Jam and Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Sweet Peas

*Spice Rubbed Whole Roasted Chicken with Crispy Cauliflower and Roasted Carrots with Honey and Feta

*Creamy Cremini Rigatoni

*Roasted Pork Tenderloin and Pumpkin Risotto with Asiago and Sage

    Yes, you did! 🙂 I had kinda forgotten about that side, and then you reminded me of it, thanks! (I always try to have the ingredients to make it on hand, so its an easy one for me to include). And you're welcome any time for dinner 🙂
