*Burgers and Dogs on the Grill with Fresh Pineapple and Mango Salad 

**Easter Sunday**
-Breakfast:  Carrot Cake Scones
-Lunch:       Roasted Vegetable and Goat Cheese Paninis
-Dinner:      Linguini with Lamb Polpette, Baby Peas and Mint Pesto

*Chicken Saltimbleu with Roasted Broccoli and Carrots

*Southwest Chicken Pie with Pimento Cheese Biscuit Crust

*Homemade Gnocchi tossed with Sage-Brown Buttered Leeks

*Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Shaved Brussels Sprout Salad

    All fabulous ideas! I especially like the thought of pea and mint pesto with Easter dinner, the very essence of spring!
