Following these TIPS, I spent $100 and saved $99 today at the store, (and as always, this included non-food items/necessities as well). Here’s the plan for this week…

*Whole Roasted Chicken with Roasted Beets and Greens

*Maple-Dijon Glazed Ham with Cornbread Stuffing and Caramelized Apples and Onions

*Ratatouille and Tortellini Casserole

*Pork Tenderloin En Croute with Butternut Squash Puree and Sauteed Spinach
