Parm-Crusted Chicken Breasts topped with a Fresh Tomato-Basil Sauce, served with Spinach Cakes

Dinner tonight was incredibly tasty and although it may look like it took some effort, it was extremely simple to prepare. And everything I needed came from my kitchen, using the things I always keep on hand.
