I’m reopening my YouTube channel, so you’ll be seeing a lot of little videos coming your way now! Whenever I do so, I’ll link to any products or recipes I talk about, or anything you see me wearing/using in them (even if the post itself isn’t centered around style), so be sure to look back here for anything you see that you like! (If there ever happens to be anything you see that I may have missed linking to, please let me know.) I try a lot of products, most (all?) of them are inexpensive and easy to find, and if I like them, I always let you know.
I’m not a polished person, so the videos won’t be either. You should all know this by now. My hope is that you view that choice as a personal desire for you to truly believe the things I do and say to be more natural… as opposed to viewing it as me being a lazy, sloppy bum. (fingers crossed) The truth is, we all have a lot of stuff we need to get done in a day. The end result, the one where we’re in the perfect outfit, with the perfect face and the perfect dish posed to perfect perfection in a snapshot, isn’t always the most interesting part, is it? Social media has us all believing we’re filtered, colorful and staged squares on a page. Truth is, no matter how public I make my life on Instagram, or here… and however ‘polished’ it may seem sometimes… most of the time it’s me in sweaty workout clothes, that are now covered in flour, which have united to form a paste army on my sports bra, while I curse the sun for not staying where I need it to stay for the right plate shot, before I try all smoke and mirror magic to make my face seem less puffy for a makeup selfie.
So maybe you wanna know more about all of that stuff.
Sometimes you’re gonna see me talk about a specific makeup product…maybe I’ll show you how I use it, sometimes it’s a recent fashion find, sometimes it’s a quick kitchen tip, or something to help all my mama’s out there, and sometimes it’s just a mishmash of all of the above, with a glimpse into my day…

(Today’s particular video needed to be shared if only so I could see my sweet girl when she’s feeling like herself. Ever since the day of filming this, my daughter has been really sick (but thankfully she’s on the mend now!). It was nice to see my fun loving, energetic lady again. I do miss her so.)
