This week flew by so fast!! TGIFF tomorrow 🙂 We have a fun weekend planned, with lots of pumpkin picking, road tripping and mountain viewing in our future. So happy it’s fall!! And here’s what we plan on eating this week…

*Orange Glazed Salmon with Roasted Beets and Butternut Squash Puree
*Family Fondue Night!
-With Roasted Cauliflower, Carrots, Italian Bread, Olives and Apples for dipping.
*Family Pizza Night!
-Roasted Butternut Squash Pizza with Crispy Sage and Gouda
-Artichoke Pizza with Rosemary and Feta
*Clove and Orange Brined Pork Chops with Balsamic Raw Kale Salad and Roasted Sweet Potatoes
*Roast Chicken with Carrots and Parsnips
*Curried Pumpkin Soup with Grilled Cheddar and Chutney Sandwiches
(For any of you new to this site, I write out a mealplan for my family every week once I get home from my weekly grocery visit. I don’t always publish it, but always post it in our kitchen. It helps me stay organized throughout the week and keeps our food cost down because I write it AFTER I shop, meaning I have no idea what I’m making before I go to the store, or even during…I just buy what looks best to me and my wallet that week, then I plan my meals around what I bought and what I already have in my stocked kitchen.
