Thank goodness it’s Friday.  Thank goodness it’s very, very close to 5:00.  Thank goodness, thank goodness, thank goodness.

Here’s what I’ll be cooking my family this week.

*Rosemary and Cumin Rubbed Strip Steaks with Roasted Garlic and Sauteed Mushrooms, served with a Balsamic Kale Salad and Candied Roma Tomatoes

*Snow Crab Legs and Peel n Eat Shrimp served with House made Ketchup Cocktail Sauce and Baked French Fries

*Pizza Margherita


*Sage Rubbed Chicken Leg Quarters with an Apricot Glaze served with Sauteed Zucchini, Mushrooms and Cherry Tomatoes and a Raw Vegetable Barley Salad

*Pernil al Horno (Puerto Rican Roast Pork Shoulder) with Sauteed Bell Peppers and Onions and Chili-Lime Rubbed Corn 

*Adobo Rubbed Roast Chicken with Caramelized Sweet Potatoes and Spicy Broccoli

*Uptown Fried Steak with Twice Baked Potatoes and Sugared Peas and Pearl Onions
