September 15-21 Birthday Mealplan

My birthday is this week. Well Monday to be exact, but I call it this week because my mealplan weeks are Wednesday to Tuesday because Wednesdays are when I do my shopping. I’m lucky in that there are a lot of things planned in my honor so I only have to plan 4 meals for this week! Ain’t that the best gift for a pregnant birthday mama? Here’s how it goes…

*Grouper Tacos with Lemon-Coriander Slaw and Fresh Avocado Crema

*Roasted Chicken with a Pear and Rosemary Bread Stuffing and Sauteed Spinach

*Bone-In Rib Steaks with Slow Roasted Roma Tomatoes and Twice Baked Rutabagas with Goat Cheese

*Crispy Chicken Cutlets with a Grapefruit-Onion Relish and Couscous with Dates and Parmesan

-My requested birthday dinner from my husband is:
**Pan-seared Salmon with a Soy-Orange Glaze, Vidalia Onion Risotto and Sauteed Broccolini
I have been craving salmon for the majority of this pregnancy and I cannot wait for this meal!!

Thanks Kristy! As for a birthday cake-I asked my mom to make a cheesecake for me when I go over there for the family celebration… and I suppose I could ask my hubby to make me something else..hmm…
