I know, I know, where the heck is this coming from?! I haven’t posted a Mealplan in months! I’ve cooked every single night (well almost…) since the last one, have written out my plan at home on our dry erase board in the kitchen every week, but I simply have not had the time to sit down and type one out. I don’t even have the time right now! But somehow it’s happening.
I’ve been so busy (but who hasn’t…) and now that school is starting again, I guess I have a new pep in my step. I thrive on organization and schedules and I think that’s why I’m feeling this way. So, who knows…maybe I’ll post more of these things!

*Lamb and Oven Roasted Tomato Gyros with Goat Cheese and Parsley, and Lemon Pepper Oven Fries
*Portuguese Linguica, Shrimp, Corn and Potato Stew
*Tarragon Rubbed Pork Roast with Roasted Broccoli and Wild Brown Rice
*Roast Chicken with Root Veggies
*Pickin Pork, Corn bread and Sauteed Kale
Oh, and since I used to post how much money I saved at the store every week, back when I first started this little blog, I will happily share with you that I saved $127 today.
