*Ginger-Orange Chicken Thighs with Pan-Seared Bok Choy and Cilantro Brown Rice

*Spaghetti Squash with Italian Sausage and Fresh Sage in a Pumpkin Cream Sauce

*Brazilian Flat Iron Steaks with Faux-Fried Plantains, Smashed Black Beans and Pico de Gallo

*Turkey Pepperoni Mini Stromboli with a Romaine Lettuce and Shaved Parmesan Salad

*Braised BBQ Pork Shoulder Chops with German Cole Slaw and Corn Muffins

    Like Leslie, I have trouble saving money at the grocery store-even worse at Costco. 🙂

    That's a great meal plan, Abbey! Everything sounds delicious. I also try to incorporate whatever is on sale into my meals.

Everyone has their own way of providing for their family..this just happens to be the way I think is the best 🙂 No seriously, whether you do it this way or another way, all that really matters is that we all try to do our best and give our families what they need in a price range that suits us the most comfortably.
