January 12-18 Mealplan

I saved $157.16 today at the store using these TIPS. Thank goodness I had that positive news to hold onto because it was a disaster getting there and back, with the weather being so bad around my neighborhood. I just might have to be a hermit for the rest of the week…
At least we’ll have plenty of good food to eat! Here’s the plan-

*Kale and Cremini Baked Shells with Sweet Potato Cream

*Crab-Stuffed Chicken Breasts with Roasted Lemon Broccoli

*Trio of Pizza Night-
#1: Sauteed Mushroom with Rosemary with Gruyere
#2: Fresh Boconccini and Roasted Cherry Tomatoes with Basil
#3: Roasted Red Pepper, Caramelized Onion and Cheddar

*Blackened Shrimp Quesadillas with Guacamole and Smashed Black Beans

*French Onion Soup in Mini Bread Bowls

*Beef and Enoki Mushroom Stir Fry over Brown Rice

*Orange Glazed Pork Tenderloin with Rosemary Roasted Green Beans and Tomatoes

I would gladly be a hermit at your house for the rest of the week. The meals sound awesome.

There is something about cold weather that makes feel in a nesting mode, and cooking just seems so natural.

    Enjoy! Stay warm.

Thank you Velva! I'll save a seat for you 🙂
And I agree, the cold makes me wanna cook and bake more…and never leave the house!
